Everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing!
Our home boasts 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed (optional cot) and Bedroom 2 has 2 x single beds which can be zipped together to make a king bed. The master bedroom is very large and can be set up with a cot if required. It also has a small balcony with sunrise views over the Adelaide Hills. We provide all linen.
The spacious lightfilled lounge room is comfortable all year round with a gas heater for the colder months that heats the whole townhouse & a split system for hotter days when you return from the beach! Relax and watch a movie with Foxtel, Netflix and a hard drive full of movies. Or why not challenge yourself or your friends to a game on the wii!
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to create a delicious meal. Tea and coffee and other necessities are all provided. We have an open pantry policy so please help yourself. Our private courtyard is the perfect place to have a drink and cook up on the bbq. There are twinkling fairy lights which transform the space at night into something pretty magical.
The kids will fall in love with the converted garage space which has been transformed into a play space and cinema! Simply wind down the screen, plug in your laptop and sit back in a beanbag to relax or push the kids on the swing or let them play with a basket full of toys....entertaining them is a cinch!

During your stay you will have access to the full home and garden.
We also have bikes (2 adult plus 2 child seats to attach), scooters, tennis rackets and balls and a basketball. (There is tennis court and backetball court down the road at the playground.)
Master bedroom - Queen bed (and cot if required). 2nd bedroom - 2 Singles OR 1 King bed.

We are trying to create an all inclusive space (free bikes, helmets, body boards, eski, back packs, beach towels, cots, high chairs, toys, etc. etc.), so all you need is to pack some clothes! There is many local listings but we believe ours is the best, we really look after our guests.
